Hi, I won an item but it is noted as collection. The buyer is happy to post as in listing, however there is a collection code / or number to exchange.

How do we get around the problem as it will be a delivery.

The seller should cancel the current transaction and relist with postage for you to buy again.

Your seller should cancel the order and relist the item with a postage option.
