Can I sell AI Artwork?

Here's the thing I have a collection of Yu-Gi-Oh of AI artwork. I made If I put it in print it off, and put it in a frame, can i sell it?

Yu-Gi-Oh! is a Japanese franchise so I imagine that they will own the copyright to their images. In this case, you can't copy and resell them without the rights holder's permission.

No, you can't.

The artwork isn't owned by you, there'll be at least one (possibly more) copyrights on it and you'll be subject to legal action for exploiting their property for commercial gain.
