I want to list one item and offer postage.

however the item flat packs and fits in two boxes. Because of the shape one box isn’t an option. How do I list this item and cover postage?
I would also need two address labels does Evri or Royal Mail allow this ?

Parcelforce consign parcels and if done at the post office usually saves you money as the postage is based on total weight.

If the items are oversize in terms of weight etc there should be a get out clause on the postage option. However it woujld be best if there is not to list as free postage, but don't use the label, but then increase the price within the listing to cover your postage costs.
