I bought an item which was described incorrectly - wrong model. Tried to cancel 30 minutes later but it was rejected. Do I have to accept delivery, then return it ? It would be easier if the seller just cancelled the listing but no reply as yet after 2 weeks. Thanks

Yes, it would be better for seller to cancel.

If they post item, do not refuse it.

Open item not as described case, seller issues returns label, you post back for full refund.

Escalate on day 4 if no label or refund.

If you have asked for a cancellation and then two weeks have passed without you receiving your item, you should probably open a case to say you haven't received your items.

What does the status show on your purchases?

Is there tracking or is it showing as cancellation pending?
