Selling a mobility scooter

Hi. I’m quite new to EBay and have a mobility scooter for sale which has generated a lot of interest. One prospective purchaser has quite rightly asked to view/try the scooter to ensure its suitability. EBay will not allow me to provide my address to facilitate this. Obviously it’s not a postable item, so would need to be collected in person anyway, and my listing reflects this. How do I arrange a viewing prior to a purchase? I’ve gone through all the help topics, tried the chat bot, but getting nowhere, please help, thank you x

You can't allow viewings.

Buyer wins and pays for scooter through ebay.

They come and inspect it, if happy give you collection code and ebay release money.

If not happy, you cancel and buyer is refunded.
