Can't process refund, keep asking to update payment method

I'm trying to send refund to buyer and can't do it - it keep asking me to update payment method - I did it everywhere I can but still can't process refund. Is so annoying, how I can contact support or sort it please

Why are you wanting to refund?

If buyer has opened a case, then you refund through the case, not by clicking on the refund link in drop down menu.

Yes, I'm in refund case and there after pressing refund I get info that I
need to add payment method. I did it - there is no other place to update it
and still getting same information 😞

Has the payment method been specifically added for selling costs?

thank you for help - I sorted it. My payments method was bank account - but it is not enough, PayPal is not enough too. I added card and after it it works. Thank you all for helping me out
