I purchased an item which arrived. It doesn't show up in my purchases so cant request a refund.

If it doesn't show up in your Purchase History in your eBay account, this may be, because it wasn't used, and you made a Guest Purchase.

See here, how to proceed with a refund with e Guest Purchase....

When i click on view order details it says

Order not found

Unfortunately, there has been an error retrieving your order.

Can you see the item in your Purchase History ?

Use a laptop / PC with Chrome, that seems to work well.
