    <description>&lt;P&gt;Morning rant before breakfast&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So as a seller you can block buyers with 5 or less feedback, which to me seems a bit daft as we all have to start at 0.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But why can't we block buyers who file maybe 4 INR in a 12-month period.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This to me makes a lot more sense as it protects the seller from scummy buyers, it protects eBay gold coffers and it just makes perfect sense.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have bought from eBay for 2 decades and never once had an item not turn up, never filed an INR, so I would have nothing to worry about being blocked from certain sellers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The biggest pain in my ass is getting orders out same day to receive the message a few days later&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"HAS THIS BEEN SENT YET"&amp;nbsp; Drives me insane.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I offer 3 delivery options, the free option always gets chosen, so how I see it is the buyer is taking the risk by opting for free 2nd class postage, that's your choice not mine so deal with the possibility of your item not turning up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rant over.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I also&amp;nbsp; like you, have been very lucky never having to open an INR,&amp;nbsp; but my best friend, lives 10 miles away, is not so lucky and has numerous items not delivered.&amp;nbsp; Both with Evri and some with RM.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;In my humble opinion she should not be penalised by something you are suggesting , something which is totally out of her control.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;interesting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your input.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's interesting to read other sellers opinions on the "Has this item been sent yet" INR.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently using Google Maps to pin every INR to see where the biggest RM failures in the UK are, as of today Sheffield is currently the worst area.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;eBay doesn't even allow sellers to know how many INRs a buyer has made, let alone set a limit to block them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We can's answer the "why" question, except that this is just one of many ways in which eBay gives buyers preferential treatment. No figures on a buyer's performance are published and sellers are prohibited from leaving buyers anything other than positive feedback and comments, regardless of how badly they behaved. Even the worst, dishonest or abusive buyers are guarantee nothing but positive feedback.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;By contrast, buyers can leave and view detailed performance ratings for sellers, and can leave negative or neutral feedback at will.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
