    <description>&lt;P&gt;You'll need to buy them now from Royal Mail, as the other option would involve cancelling all 4 orders,&amp;nbsp; refunding,&amp;nbsp; relisting for the buyer to buy again, too much hassle.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You cannot now add any new tracking,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;eBay suggest sending the buyer a message with those tracking details.&amp;nbsp; If a case is opened later for item not received,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;you will be able to add those tracking details.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Royal Mail Pick Up Printer Broken</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, Royal Mail was due to collect 4 prepaid ebay labels today, but their printer was broken and they said all they can do is collect them tomorrow, and I have to rebuy the labels.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But when trying to cancel the label on Ebay, it says it's not possible to do. All I want to do is effectively cancel and reorder the labels for tomorrow. Or cancel the labels entirely so I can buy them manually from Royal Mail.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As anyone had any issues like this in the past?&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>
