Lat drafts

Hi, I hope you are well.

I wonder if you can help me. I created a draft for selling an item, I did this about 2 years ago, now I have some more product that I want to sell using this draft but I cannot find it in my drafts folder, I also sold it a few times but I cant find the sold items either?

Drafts are deleted/expire 75 days after they were last edited.

You can find your 'sold' items in orders and look back several years.

However, all the details won't be available for older listings.

Sales show under orders, split into Sold awaiting payment, Paid awaiting dispatch and Sold and dispatched.

Thanks for your email. For some reason under Activity, Orders, Sold, it
says You don't have any orders. I wanted to look at those from 2024, so
maybe its too far back. Thanks alot for your help anyway.

Hi, thanks alot, I followed your instructions which were useful,
unfortunately the orders (sold items) I wanted are not there.

However, I now know for certain that I can't access them.
