Hello

I sold some low value items and eBay automatically loaded me 2 courier labels which were not wanted.

I have cancelled these labels but still can't send my items as the addresses are witheld !

Been on here many years and don't see anything simple on this system

After cancelling the labels the items now show as dispatched?

How long before I can see where I need to post them to?

You're titled your question Simple Delivery and yet you have a business account so SD shouldn't be an option. Anyway, assuming somehow it is you have to open the SD label to get the buyer's address - Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code. Not sure you can do that if it's cancelled.

If necessary you will have to cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist the items on one listing with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.
