      <description>&lt;P&gt;Bought second-hand parts for my car but had to return them because they were not as described.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Opened return on eBay BUT SELLER DOESN'T RESPOND TO eBay TO CONFIRM REFUND IS OK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;despite agreeing with me on the phone he would refund in full.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Royal Mail Parcel Force confirmed delivery to him with a photo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Goods unused and professionally packed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nearly a month now since return was opened with eBay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Oh good. That was the correct reason.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You need to escalate your case for ebay to step in and refund you. If you leave it too long without doing anything ebay will close your case through lack of activity.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I take it your case is still active? Ebay hasn't closed it already have they? I'm not sure how long you get before they close it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's good. Go into the case and find where it says "Escalate" or "Ask ebay to step in".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This should generate a refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Where are &amp;nbsp;you seeing Feb. 7th? Surely if it gives you a date it tells you what to &amp;nbsp;do ? You should have escalated after 4 days.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is no point of opening a case but not reading how it works.&lt;/P&gt;
