The item i have received does not work, the seller has stated it is “ reliable “ and functional, however the item wont work at all, i have tested the item to see if it functions but it wont even give a slight sign of general functioning. I have been scammed by the seller receiving an item that is totally useless, i paid money for an item that was described to be “ reliable “ nand working but it seems it was a lie. I request an immediate refund!

On every listing eBay have their 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee, this explains if you receive a faulty item you can receive a full refund if you claim within 30 days of the item's las estimated date for delivery.

If you are within this timeline proceed this way....

Go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.

The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund, if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you. If they don't , need to escalate the case, ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.

Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early, and do not forget to escalate.
