    <description>&lt;P&gt;It looks as if you sent the item using an Ebay Simple Delivery label which was paid for by the buyer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you used the label Ebay provided, then you did not need to refund the buyer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If they had opened an 'item not received' case, Ebay would have dealt with the buyer and refunded them without involving you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't really think there is anything you can do, unless you did not use the SD label and bought the postage yourself direct from Evri.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that is what happened, you just need to keep on at Evri for your item back or compensation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I posted my parcel using evri .When i went to track it it said item has been picked up or words to that effect to cut a long story short they have lost it.I have refunded the buyer. I have tried to get a refund but cannget past their chat bot who keeps telling me that because the parcel was in the parcel shop more than 10 days, which it wasn't&amp;nbsp; my parcel is being returned to me please wait at least 7 days for it to be delivered i am now on day 9 and still no parcel and cannot get to speak to a human being.How do i get this sorted any advice anyone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
