Listings not auto renewing

for the past few weeks, after the first 7 days have passed on a new listing, they are no longer automatically renewing. All items seem to go into the unsold category and I have to manually relist.

The rules for auto renew for auctions has changed.

It is only available for new users and for those who return to selling after a long break, the occasional seller.

For any other seller, you do need to manually auto relist auctions, when they end unsold.
