I purchased a signed photo - it arrived damaged and the seller acknowledged that the item had been damaged before sending. I opened a return request and ebay sent a label for me to return it. I then received a message from the seller saying that I do not need to return it and I will still get my refund but every time I go to the status of the return it says I must return item.
