Hi,

The advice tells me to click on my sold item for postage labels. But there is no tab for this that I can see.?

Wait for the buyer to pay then you should see a link on the right of the item on your orders list - "Get prepaid label".

Ah, so if no payment has been received, then no label is available?
So when an item appears as 'sold' for the first time, is this only a
'statement of intent' from the buyer?
And how long does it normally take for a buyers payment to be registered by
eBay?
