Hi, we recently posted an item with evri it was due to be delivered on Monday but never arrived eBay says we are due to paid the 23rd or 2 days after delivery which ever comes first but our payment has not arrived does anybody know if we will still receive the funds

With Simple Delivery eBay refund the buyer for loss or damage in transit and you keep the payment. So ask the buyer to open a "Not received” claim and they will get their money back from ebay. As a new seller the payment may be held for 30 days anyway.
