    <description>&lt;P&gt;You haven't 'lost' three items.&amp;nbsp; You have sold them and been paid for them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the buyer opens a claim and says the item was received damaged, then Ebay refund them and they get to keep the damaged item, which may well be worth less than they paid you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Some items might still have a value and some buyers might make fraudulent claims.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However, buyers have always been able to start a return if the item received was not in the condition they expected.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The difference now is that Ebay foots the bill (in some circumstances) rather than the seller.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
