    <description>&lt;P&gt;With eBay's Buyer Protection programme they issue the refund themselves and the seller keeps the payment.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Item does not have to be sent back but you haven't lost out.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;No doubt ebay will keep tabs on buyers' claims to make sure they are not over-claiming.&lt;/P&gt;
