    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why do Ebay refund the buyer and say that they have handled the return, but you don't actually get the items back. I have now lost three items due to this, worse still is they give no reason for the refund. Does this loophole mean that the buyer gets their money back and get to keep the items as well. If that is the case is that not called fraud?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
