    <description>&lt;P&gt;Cancelling after 4 days of non payment is the correct way, as this does give the buyer a deserved non payment strike,&amp;nbsp; they are only allowed one.&amp;nbsp; If you cancel sooner, there is no option to&amp;nbsp; select to exclude you from definitely not receiving a defect on your account,&amp;nbsp; as eBay do allow buyers 4 days to pay.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may just have a late payer,&amp;nbsp; not everyone watches auctions ending, and may not realise straight away they have won and need to pay.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Wait the 4 days, then cancel &amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp; Buyer Has Not Paid.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You do need to block non payers on your Blocked Buyer's list here:&lt;/P&gt;
