&lt;P&gt;You don't make a feedback revision request to eBay - you report the feedback for removal. It sounds as though this is what you did, and they refused. This was to be expected, as their policy is to&amp;nbsp;remove feedback left by sellers with comments that are inconsistent with the rating given, but not when left by buyers for sellers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To ask the buyer to revise the feedback you need to send them a formal feedback revision request through eBay, see: &lt;A href="https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/leaving-feedback-buyers/disputing-feedback-received?id=4102#section2" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/leaving-feedback-buyers/disputing-feedback-received?id=4102#section2&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You have to send the request within 30 days of receiving the feedback, and the buyer will have 10 days to revise it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
