https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/Member-To-Member-Support/Adding-Collect-in-Person-Option-to-Simple-Delivery/m-p/7963920#M328709 <P>Hi</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Thanks for your reply but that is not what I am seeing.&nbsp; Under delivery details I have a drop down list containing the collection option plus all my previous postage policies.&nbsp; If I select a postage policy it says that simple delivery will override this and comes up with the simple delivery postage service details (in this case the bulky option which is DHL).&nbsp; If I then select collect in person the delivery option is removed.&nbsp; I can't seem to have both on the listing, either a postage option or collect in person but not both at the same time.&nbsp; I will try removing all my old postage policies and see if that makes any difference.</P> Fri, 28 Nov 2025 11:02:55 GMT pjcallum 2025-11-28T11:02:55Z
