anyone had this before where someone has ceom back to you on receipt and said item is not as described (i have admited that is the case as it was my error) asked the buyer to start a INAD on the date of receipt which was about the 5 October, he has today emailed to say that he did as i requested, which he has not as there are no open return cases and saying that i have not done as promised. Emailed him to ask if he had opened the case and also contact ebay for advice, i emailed buyer again and daid i had been advised by ebay to get him to open a case and also offered a part refund if the item could be made of use. have not heard back yet.

I am a bit confused as to why, if he was not happy with the item why he has not opened a case and seems to be blaming me for not doing what i said. i would do once the case was opened.

Any advice
