I also couldn’t see his address and where the parcel was going to.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I got a wired email from EBay saying that they would work with the buyer to send the package. The buyer said he hadn’t heard from EBay but would I send it to a different address in London? I said no.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Meantime, I had to go on holiday and told the buyer I would sort it out on my return. I have sent the item to the EBay distribution centre (I managed to find the address and ref number) and paid tracking.</P><P>But I cannot insert the updated tracking number as it is to the global distribution centre.&nbsp;<BR />what can I do about this to ensure it gets to the buyer successfully?</P><P>I am so frustrated.
