    <description>&lt;P&gt;You are a Private seller so did you use Simple Delivery for this transaction?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, then a buyer opening a case for item not received , proof of postage is not proof of receipt, so if the tracking did not show delivery under SD rules , the case would close with eBay paying the buyer their refund,&amp;nbsp; and you get to keep the payout from the sale.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should not have lost out if you used Simple Delivery .&lt;/P&gt;
