topic Simple Delivery - wrong postage amount in Member To Member Support

Hi, I am an experienced eBay private seller. This week, I sold an item that had been for sale on my seller's page for over a year - i.e. before Simple Delivery began. Therefore when I listed it, there was no Simple Delivery to enter the item size etc, I just listed it as (what was then) usual as 'seller pays postage'. Therefore, now that it has sold, eBay's bot has decided the postage for 2nd tracked I have to pay to get the postage label - it's insane and totally wrong. The item is a decal sheet for a model aircraft, it will fit in an envelope. But eBay's bot has said I should pay £5.15. It should be no more than £2.50-ish. What can I do.? I contacted Customer Service, it was no help. The person who I talked to didn't understand and said I should talk to my local post office about it (????). Help!
