&lt;P&gt;What route did you take to pursue a refund?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Did you open an eBay return and select 'doesn't match description or photo'?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've noticed in the negative feedback you left for the seller that you say "&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Seller denied it, then demanded return before refund, which risks non-refund&lt;/EM&gt;".&amp;nbsp; I don't understand why you thought that might mean you don't get a refund? You would've got a full refund of your original payment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
