Many business sellers legitimately arrange for items to de delivered to their customers direct from their wholesalers. This is called drop shipping and is a sensible way of reducing sellers' storage and delivery costs.

Amazon's commercial division is just one of many wholesalers who offer business customers this service. I don't see how you can reasonably expect eBay to require sellers to declare that they're using Amazon just because you personally disapprove of this particular company.

If it's any consolation, eBay does not allow private sellers to have items delivered direct to their customers from Amazon's retail site. If they do (and we still hear of cases) this is reportable to eBay.
