If it was me I would have done it straight&nbsp; away. I don't know if he thought I was just going to do a refund without a return request,&nbsp; it&nbsp;may be my first one but I have been on ebay long enough not to just do that and got advise from ebay before asking him to do the return.</P><P>If you block someone can they still do a return? I am not worried about getting the return more concerned that he may try to buy something else and try it again.
