    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am beginning to think that this buyer thought I was a soft touch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For someone who had unpacked it within half hour of it being delivered and in their words were "very disappointed" as soon as you ask them to do a returns INAD you do not hear from them. If it was me I would have done it straight&amp;nbsp; away. I don't know if he thought I was just going to do a refund without a return request,&amp;nbsp; it&amp;nbsp;may be my first one but I have been on ebay long enough not to just do that and got advise from ebay before asking him to do the return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you block someone can they still do a return? I am not worried about getting the return more concerned that he may try to buy something else and try it again. Unfortunately because sellers cannot leave anything but positive feedback you cannot see if he has possibly done this before.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
