I have had my first INAD and it was my fault as I did not check the item fully.

It was a shirt that turned out to have epaulettes on it which I was unaware of. It was a brand new shirt and I did not want to open it lesson learnt on that one!

The buyer came back to me and stated that it was not mentioned in the listing which it was not as I did not know they were on there. I don't want the shirt back to be honest and I have asked him to open a return case and state INAD.

How long do I wait for him to open the case and what should I do if he does not open one. Should I chase him to do it or just leave it but what happens if i just leave it then he decides to go to Ebay and state that I have not bothered to try and resolve it.

Can any one give me any advice.
