Hi

I had a item to sell but I accidentally created the postage label for the wrong amount.

I followed the steps to cancel the label, that was 13 days ago. Do I have to wait the full 14 days for the refund? The QR code has never been scanned. Its not a lot of money, and I did post the item with the correct postage separately. I would like to see the postage refunded as it was a genuine mistake.

When I look at the detail on the postage label page. I just get an error, presumably because there is no tracking data for a label that now doesn't exist.

Thanks in advance

Dan
