    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hmm message today! The buyers bank has sided with the buyer !!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can ebay hash up such a clear scam.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My return label and tracking had my address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The returned package had my tracking number but a different address!! I managed to get hold of it due to being directed to a neighbouring location.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Obvious return scam but just how can the bank side with him ??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im protected but im just angry hes got a free £1600 gaming laptop out of it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Am I obliged to know the name of the bank ? Id like to write to them and ask how they can protect a fraudster.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
