The buyers bank has sided with the buyer !!</P><P>How can ebay hash up such a clear scam.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>My return label and tracking had my address.</P><P>The returned package had my tracking number but a different address!! I managed to get hold of it due to being directed to a neighbouring location.</P><P>Obvious return scam but just how can the bank side with him ??</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Im protected but im just angry hes got a free £1600 gaming laptop out of it.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Am I obliged to know the name of the bank ?
