    <description>&lt;P&gt;They are correct about the courier, as for an "item not as described" dispute eBay will require you to send the buyer a prepaid return label or make other arrangements for the return - but they must include postal tracking.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or you could simply refund them without the item having to be returned - or refund them, and then arrange to collect the item yourself (if they agree to this).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
