&lt;P&gt;What does the tracking show?&amp;nbsp; If there is a postcode or GPS reference showing delivery to an address other than yours, that is useful evidence.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Open an 'item not received' case with Ebay for a start.&amp;nbsp; Do not wait.&amp;nbsp; Open a case today.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If Ebay find in the seller's favour, you can then appeal.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are other steps you can take.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
