    <description>&lt;P&gt;Buyers cannot cancel only ask seller to cancel.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Rather foolish of seller as at least if he had cancelled it would have started the refund. By you having to wait before you can open a case, it has to be after the estimated delivery date, just causes delay.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Suggest you leave negative feedback eventually, but just say “Seller did not honour the sale” and mark down the star ratings. By keeping fb brief you are not going to say anything which would provide seller with a reason to ask ebay to remove feedback.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
