    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you don't have Best Offer enabled on your listing use the revise link (top left of listing) to enable it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Then you can send an offer to the buyer.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; That will be item price only but the postage shown on the listing with remain the same so just subtract the postage from your offer price.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or you could revise the listing to the agreed price and the buyer can buy in the usual way.&lt;/P&gt;
