    <description>Thank you for your reply. The small claims would have been an option except&lt;BR /&gt;for I do not know the buyer's address having used one of eBay's postage&lt;BR /&gt;labels which was scanned at the post office. eBay day that due to gdpr they&lt;BR /&gt;cannot supply the buyer's address.
