&lt;P&gt;Be aware the preview never works properly always best ( unless it's a Classified ad)&amp;nbsp; check your listing thoroughly,&amp;nbsp; send it live , then if it's not correct you have time to change it.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You cannot set returns for receiving damaged items.&amp;nbsp; This is covered by eBay's 30 day MBG policy all buyers are always covered for a full refund if they receive a damaged / item not as described.&amp;nbsp; You as a seller needs to pay for the tracked return postage if you want the item sending back to you,&amp;nbsp; first.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you set Returns Accepted,&amp;nbsp; this allows buyers to return items for a change of mind and does not fit reason and they need to pay for that tracked return postage.&lt;/P&gt;
