Think the easy answer is you buy correct label at Post Office, cancel wrong label, and edit tracking number to the new tracking.

Not so simple is it? When it gets postage wrong, it becomes complicated. I am never going to use this new postage system invented by ebay, which makes it difficult to give answers as I never see it in action, but think it is necessary for sellers to know the types of service offered by Royal Mail so that before going to PO, check the label provided is correct for size of parcel, so saving having to make a second trip, and being prepared to buy at PO.

Every time ebay gets it wrong, costs seller money., as buyer will not have paid enough.
