The buyer paid for postage, paying the seller for RM Special Delivery. The Post Office scanned the label, which the seller purchased through Ebay, but it couldn't be used because of the size/weight of the item. So, this is what I would do.   First of all, see if you can cancel the unused label.   <H2 id="section10">How to cancel a postage label</H2> Labels purchased on the eBay labels platform need to be used within 14 calendar days. If unused, make sure to void the label within 14 calendar days to get a refund.
