    <description>Hi, thanks for replying. I had selected buyer pays. The Post Office did scan the QR code before telling me the parcel was too heavy. Consequently, I paid £9.85 for a new label. I was hoping that ebay would refund me the £8.35 (I don't mind losing the difference of £1.50) I do have the receipt pricing I had to pay £9.85&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sent from Outlook for Android&amp;lt;&amp;gt;</description>
