This morning, was told at the Post Office that my ebay label (£8.35) was only for 100g weight. Parcel weighed 128g. I offered to pay extra but this wasn't possible. I ended up buying a new label for £9.85

Post Office suggested ebay might refund me the £8.35

How do I go about this? The virtual assistant has stated I can't cancel the label as the PO did scan it.
