    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve been locked out of my account for nearly a year due to eBay resetting my password without asking. Problem is, I don’t have access to the phone number I’m asked to recover or send a new password back, and it seems like the number starts with 08 and ends in 51, the same as their customer service number, which I never provided nor registered in my account, therefore, there’s no way that even typing their number I get the chance to receive a code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On another note, I contacted CS to update my phone number, they said they did and guess what, no changes made whatsoever, so I’m still stuck with the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i had my account for 9 years and sold hundreds of items. This seems like an actual joke and I can’t anymore.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
