      <description>I have received a reply from ebay which explains the problem please see below&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have checked and wish to inform you that this is a temporary glitch on new layout of sold section where tracking number is not getting updated with the status of the item. I am really for the inconvenience caused to you. However, be assured you will not face any issue due to this on your eBay account. Our team is working on this issue on high priority and issue will get resolved soon.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please know that our system is highly synchronised with tracking sites and in back end we had the information that item is delivered on time. You can check the classic site of All selling page to verify the same under sold section.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once on the All selling page, scroll down to Sold section. There click on the tracking number and you will be redirected to Royalmail site and it will show that item is delivered. So, kindly keep selling with the same as you are doing and for tracking the item use the tracking site directly.</description>
