Item Description poor or lacking.

Hello,

I have checked through the various Contact Us Ebay policies and methods of making a complaint but this is not about an item I have bought. I often find this a problem, that when I enquire about an item many sellers do not even bother to reply. A pity because it reflects on the many who do.

I just wonder if there is any way of getting the message to Ebay? Thanks for your time and attention!

(p.s. In retrospect, it looks as though since the item is located in Germany it is therefore unlikely to be British. But stranger things have happened. I just wanted simple confirmation - a one word reply would have been fine!)

This is nothing to do with ebay,

you are contacting the seller of an item, they don't have to reply to you & you can't make them.

For most items I would say find a better seller, but looks like these type of items are not common, so not a lot you can do.

If German sellers, may not post to UK.

With half a million items listed I am not surprised they can't be bothered to answer questions.

It's Everything to do with Ebay. This is Ebay, isn't it?
Ebay should have a procedure against sellers with so many items for sale that they can't be bothered to reply to queries.
Ebay used to be a happy friendly place where you could pick up things you have been searching for. If it has to go down the industrial drain of ''money is all that matters'' then Ebay may as well state that that is what they are happy with. Which I doubt.

Ebay have a setting that allows sellers to block all messages, why would they take action against a seller who makes use of that facility?
