      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot find a way to actually talk to eBay, the system just take me raound in circles back to return an item which I have already done, this is what happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An attempt to deliver my returned item was made and the seller claims that not attempt was made because they don`t have the missed delivery card from the Royal Mail. The label was a pre-paid one that Ebay supplied. The seller will not reply to my email now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No need to speak to ebay.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As long as you uploaded tracking to case &amp;amp; it shows as attempted delivery, escalate to ebay &amp;amp; you will get refund.&lt;/P&gt;
