ebay misuse of trust

hi ive been the victim of a "sting" operation by ebay.

i have refused to allow ebay to save paypal account information in the past and have actually a isp that preventys passwords being saved on my computer.

i have contacted ebay and hisgh,lighted that they have "hacked" my computer and saved my paypal account info and password and have actually tried to get them from preventing this in the future by removing this option but they have refused.

i know i have been hacked and have been the victim of an elaborate sting. an item i selcted did not match the search criteris i selected was not the cheepest or nearest or even in the uk and as such i was defrauded out of £16 postage money when an identical new item from a uk seller was available at free post in the uk/

i contactedn ebay at the time of sale and highlighted that i had not agreed that my computer and paypal invoice had flashed past my screen too quick for me to prevent.

my cancel reuest and my atttempts to highlight to ebay customer services that had been the victim of "hacking" was illegal- were ignored.

i have also requested that these functionc be permenently removed from my account and ewas refused.

i also requested that all non uk items be prevented in future from apppearing on any of my searches. was also refused.

as dyslexic i know the extra protection afforded to me via the dissability discrimination act- where companys speciffically target individuals

even though they attempt to fget ebay to prevent thsi from being done to them- such agressive marketing and hacking is also a violation of data protetion actb as i have also huighlighted to ebay customer services that i have tried to prevent this in the past and future and been refused.

they cannot claim no knowledge of this so how do i get a legal remedy for victimisation and undue stress?

how do i get a refund from ebay for the flase marketing and defrauding my paypal account by preventing me from cancellisng thattransaction at point of sale and als post sale prior to despatch via thuirs party?
