Negative comment left by a seller

Does Ebay allow sellers to leave negative comments on a buyers positive feedback?
A seller is obviously upset that l left them a negative feedback due to how they handled a return request l had with them regarding an item that wasnt remotely as described in the fact l bought a " long maxi dress" and received a short knee length dress, After contacting the seller to ask if l could return it as it wasnt as described they told me l couldnt return it as it was a long dress, it just depended how tall you was lol.
She sent a few nasty messages and then wouldnt respond to my request, it was sorted through Ebay and not the seller, hence my negative left for her by the way she handled it.
Ive just noticed she has left a negative feedback comment for me.
Anything l can do about it?

Report it to ebay, they will remove it and sanction the seller.

Yes, phone eBay CS and ask them to remove it. Sellers aren't allowed to do that, it's an eBay feedback policy breach.

Seller has already got a Defect and no refund of selling fee because they failed to sort out your case.

When you ask for the Feedback to be removed they will also get a Policy Violation.

Just shows that some sellers are their own worst enemy.

As you also sell add her to your blocked bidders list to prevent her trying to wreck any of your sales.
